Simply Discussing Internal Training of Employee in the Middle and Little Enterprises

中小企业因为生存压力大,竞争激烈,往往只顾企业的短期生产发展,而忽视对企业员工的内部培训。强调了中小企业加强内部培训的必要性,提出了企业在实施内部培训时遇到的问题及解决问题的办法。

Because of increasing pressure to survive and keen competition in the middle and little enterprises,short-term development of enterprises was often considered,internal training of employee was ignored.it emphasized the necessity of enhancing inner training of small and medium enterprise,proposed the problems and solutions during carrying out internal training of enterprises.
