摘要
分析输电铁塔结构的特点,提出采用构造实体几何(CSG)参数化方法模型描述铁塔结构;将铁塔结构基本模块的特征参数分为定形参数和定位参数,通过特征参数的约束方程生成模块的方法修改和生成结构设计模块.编制输电铁塔结构的参数化建模软件,可以通过修改模型的特征参数,快速得到其他同类塔型的模型,极大地提高了建模效率.以500 kV酒杯型输电铁塔塔头结构为例,建立其参数化设计模型,参数的选择合理,符合工程设计习惯,得到的输电铁塔塔头结构符合设计规范要求.
With regard to geometrical features of transmission towers, a constructive solid geometry (CSG) parametric method is first developed for configuring transmission towers. The modular parameters of transmission towers are then categorized into position-related and shape-related parameters. Next, the constraint functions of design parameters are applied for modifying the existing structural modules and generating new structural modules. Consequently, the software is developed for the purpose of parametric modeling. Accordingly, the design options are obtained via parameter modifications. In this fashion, the design efficiency can be significantly improved. Finally, the top structure of a cup-shaped 500 kV power-transmission tower is used as an example to demonstrate this method. It is indicated that, based on the effective parametric modeling and parameter selection, this approach concords with the traditional design methods and expected design specifications.
