摘要
分析了拓扑优化中材料变密度法及其相关参数对拓扑优化结果的影响,将结构力学中拓扑优化方法应用到起重机伸缩臂的优化设计中,建立了伸缩吊臂的拓扑优化数学模型.利用HyperMesh软件建立了起重机臂架的有限元模型,并利用OptiStruct软件进行优化分析,从而设计出最优的臂架截面拓扑图.分析工作为起重机臂架的结构优化设计提供了一种有效的新思路,其结果为现今流行的大圆角截面和椭圆形截面设计提供了依据.
In this paper, the SIMP method, together with related parameters, is studied with regard to the topological optimization. From a structural mechanics viewpoint, the topological optimization method and relevant mathematical model are applied for designing the telescopic booms of cranes. Accordingly, the finite element models of crane booms are established and analyzed using the HyperMesh^TM and OptiStruct^TM software, respectively. Afterwards, the optimal topological diagrams of boom sections are obtained. Therefore, a novel approach is presented to optimize the structures of telescopic booms, which can be frequently used for the round and elliptical section design.
