摘要
减速器是机械行业中十分重要的传动装置,传统的减速器设计通常需要有经验的人员选取适当的参数,进行反复的试凑、校核确定设计方案,但也不一定是最佳设计方案,而优化设计的方法则通过设计变量的选取、目标函数和约束条件的确定,建立数学模型,通过求解得到满足条件的最佳解,同时缩短设计周期.分别用常规设计方法和优化设计方法设计了减速器三级行星齿轮传动,并通过实例对这两种方法做了对比分析.
The reducer is a crucial transmission manipulator in mechanical industry. The designer experiences are traditionally applied to select proper reducer parameters. Thus, this may not lead to the optimal design option. Hence, the optimal design aims to obtain the best solution through selecting design variables, determining objective functions and constraints, and establishing mathematical models. Meanwhile, the design cycle can be reduced. Accordingly, a three-level planetary gear reducer is designed using the conventional design and optimal design. Finally, a comparison between both design methods is conducted and analyzed based on industrial cases
