摘要
虚拟现实技术的发展为产品的网上展销提出了新思路,客户可以全方位、互动式地在网上浏览三维产品,为了保证浏览的实时性而不用增加硬件成本,提出采用网格简化技术对产品模型进行处理.介绍了Garland的二次误差测度简化算法以及笔者提出的加权算法的原理、数据结构和接口及实现技术.最后,给出了用VC++和OpenGL开发的这个简化平台在三维产品网上展销中的应用实例.
The development of virtual reality (VR) technology provides a novel way for the web-based product promotion. Accordingly, customers can browse the on-line 3D products in a more comprehensive and interactive manner. In order to guarantee real-time navigation yet avoid hardware cost, the product models are processed using the mesh simplification algorithm. Afterwards, the data structures and interfaces are developed and implemented by integrating the Garland' s QEM and weighting algorithms. Finally, a case study on the web-based product promotion is employed based on VC + + ^TM and OpenGL^TM programming.
