摘要
基于PC的开放式数控系统已经成为当前计算机数字控制(CNC)技术发展的必然趋势,研究了以RTLin-ux操作系统作为软件平台的纯软件开放式数控系统,提出了一种实时Linux的开放式数控系统框架,并对数控功能模块进行了系统的划分和研究,给出了基于NURBS插补算法的二维工作台的实验研究。
With advances of the CNC technology, the PC-based open CNC system becomes an imperative. In this paper, the software-driven open CNC system is investigated based on the RTLinux operation system. Then, a real-time architecture is deployed for the Linux-based open CNC system. Next, the CNC functional modules are systematically decomposed and recomposed. Finally, the NURBS-based interpolation algorithm is employed for a two-dimensional test-bed.
