摘要
以纤维增强复合材料层合壳体结构为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件,对纤维增强复合材料壳体进行了研究,分析边界条件、纤维铺层角度、铺层数目和壳体几何参数对壳体结构振动特性的影响.通过分析发现,不同的边界条件、纤维铺层角度和铺层数目对壳体的振动特性影响很大;在自由-自由边界条件下,长径比和径厚比的变化对壳体频率影响较小;随着边界条件的变化,长径比和径厚比的变化对壳体频率的影响逐渐增大.
The fiber-reinforced laminated composite cylindrical casing is structurally investigated using finite analysis (FEA) software. In this process, such properties as boundary condition, fiber-layered angle, layer number and geometric parameter are studied on the vibration performance of casing structure. Accordingly, it is observed that the diversity of boundary conditions, fiber-layered angles and layer numbers has significant impact on the vibration performance. Under the free-free boundary conditions, the inherent casing frequency is rarely affected by the length-diameter and diameter-thickness ratios. However, this effect gradually occurs along with the change of boundary conditions.
