摘要
通过对V型块进行分类,介绍了一种活动V型块,它在具体功能上往往兼起定位和夹紧作用.当加工大批量圆柱零件时若设计基准为外圆中心,全面地分析V型块的制造及安装误差,比较了其定位误差的计算方法,充分考虑采用V型块定位时产生定位误差的各种因素,得出加工类似零件该道工序的定位误差的计算公式.
In this paper, a specific category of displaceable V-blocks, which possess both positioning and clamping functionalities, is first introduced. While manufacturing a large quantity of cylindrical parts with outer circle center as design datum, the manufacturing and installation errors of V-blocks are then analyzed. In comparison of diverse calculation methods, various sources of positioning errors are further speculated for V-blocks. Finally, it is found that these calculation equations can be adapted to similar manufacturing parts and processes.
