Advances of Research on Mechanism of Acupuncture Treatment of Experimental Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

对2型糖尿病机理的研究越来越受到人们的关注。本文就针刺对实验性2型糖尿病作用机理的进展情况从胰岛素抵抗、阿片肽、胰岛组织形态学、机体内环境四个方面进行了综述,并指出不足之处和提出了该领域的研究方向。

The research on mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus is paid more and more attention by many researchers.In the present paper, the authers summarizes resent advances of research on mechanism of acupuncture treatment of experimental type 2 diabetes mellitus from insulin resistance(IR)、 opioid peptides、 islet morphology and homoeostasis, and points out the deficiency and proposes this domain research direction.
