摘要
应用函数拟合法处理软Ｘ光宽带能谱仪的实验数据并回推出软Ｘ光能谱分布，给出了函数拟合的基本算法和几种常用的拟合函数形式。
Soft X ray energy spectra have been reduced by function fitting from experimental data of soft X ray broad band spectrometers.The basic process in function fitting and a few kinds of fitting functions in common use are provided.
