摘要 热电厂采用灰浆高浓度输送、灰水浓缩澄清、海水循环复用等以优化原有的除灰系统设计,解决灰渣由汽车外运污染周围环境、设备维护量大、运行费用高等问题,可供其它热电厂的除灰系统优化参考。 Optimization of the previously used ash disposal system has been made at Dayawan Power Station through the use of a new system-pipeline conveyance of high-density ash slurry,clarification and thickening of slurry water and circulation of seawater for reuse.This is designed to cope with the problems originally encountered when boiler slag was outloaded by trucks,such as environmental pollution,large mechanical maintenance work involved and high operating costs.The new system can serve as a reference for the optimization of the ash disposal system in other plants.
