摘要
为了研制和开发高效、安全、无污染的抗生素替代物作为断奶仔猪的饲料添加剂,本试验观察了饲喂添加中药超微粉(粒径30μm)日粮的21日龄断奶仔猪的生长性能、腹泻指数、血清生化参数和器官指数等指标的变化。结果显示,该超微粉饲料添加剂能够显著提高早期断奶仔猪的采食量、促进生长、降低料重比(P<0.05),能够显著防治早期断奶仔猪腹泻(P<0.05),其作用强于粘杆菌素或与其相当;超微粉组第1周甘油三酯含量显著小于对照组(P<0.05),总胆固醇含量极显著小于、Fe含量极显著大于其他2组(P<0.01),第2周乳酸含量显著大于其他2组(P<0.05)、肌酐含量和碱性磷酸酶活性显著小于对照组(P<0.05),第4周α-淀粉酶活性显著大于(P<0.05)、葡萄糖含量极显著小于其他2组(P<0.01),第2周和第4周P含量显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。上述血清生化参数的变化,与该中药超微粉的防病促生长作用有一定关系。
The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary additive of Chinese herbal ultra-fine powder with average granule diameter of 30 μm on growth performance,diarrhea index,serum biochemical parameters and organ index in piglets weaned at 21 day old.The results indicated that the ultra-fine powder could significantly increase the feed intake,weight gain and decrease the ratio of feed intake to weight gain(P〈0.05),and effectively prevent and/or treat the diarrhea(P〈0.05),with the efficacy to be equal to or stronger than the colistin.At Week 1 after the supplement,the concentration of TG of the ultra-fine powder group was significantly lower than those of the supplement-free group(P〈0.05), and the activity of TCHO was significantly lower,Fe significantly higher than those of colistin and supplement-free group(P〈0.01).At Week 2,the concentration of LAC was significantly higher than those of the colistin and supplement-free group(P〈0.05),and the concentration of CRE and activity of ALP were significantly lower than those of the supplement-free group(P〈0.05).At Week 4,the activity of AMY was significantly higher,and GLU significantly lower than those of colistin and supplement-free group(P〈0.05).The concentration of P was significantly higher than that of the supplement-free group(P〈0.05).These findings suggested that the Chinese herbal ultra-fine powder would be expected as a dietary additive with the strong efficacy and perfect safety.
