摘要
在4GPa,780~900K温度范围内研究了Al与非晶(Fe0.99,Mo0.01)78Si9B13合金的固态反应过程。利用透射电镜、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究了Al与非晶(Fe0.99,Mo0.01)78Si9B13合金界面所形成的扩散层的微观结构。在780~840K温度范围内形成的扩散层中观察到Al-Fe基玻璃合金,其晶化温度为870K左右。还对Al-Fe基玻璃合金的形成机理进行了研究。
A solid state reaction between Al and amorphous (Fe 0.99 ,Mo 0.01 ) 78 Si 9B 13 alloy was investigated under 4GPa,at temperatures ranging from 780K to 900K.The microstructures of the diffusion bands formed by the reaction on the interfaces of Al and the amorphous(Fe 0.99 ,Mo 0.01 ) 78 Si 9B 13 alloy were studied by use of transmission electron microscope,X ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.And a glassy Al Fe based alloy was observed in the diffusion bands produced at temperature of 780K to 840K.Its crystallization temperature is estimated to be about 870K.The formation mechanisms of the Al Fe based glass are discussed.
