Application of Stable Isotope in Study of Crop-Water Relationship

作物水分研究是节水农业的重要内容。本文回顾了C、O、H稳定同位素在作物水分研究中的应用及进展,阐明了C稳定同位素技术在作物水分利用率研究中的应用,还介绍了O稳定同位素在作物CO_2同化过程中和H稳定同位素在作物水源利用方面的研究。以期为我国农业水资源的持续充分利用研究提供参考。

The study of crop-water relationship is an important item in water-saving agriculture. Here a review was presented on application of stable carbon, oxygen and hydrogen isotopes in the study of crop-water relationship and advancement in the study of the application; summarization made of principles and methods of application of the stable carbon isotope technology to the study of crop water use efficiency; and an introduction given to application of stable oxygen isotope in the study on processing of crop CO2 assimilation and hydrogen stable isotope on crop water utilization, in an attempt to provide some reference for making sustainable use of agricultural water resources in China.
