摘要
采用土培试验,研究叶面喷施0.134 mol/L(1%)的KCI溶液对小白菜生长及其体内硝酸盐累积的影响。结果表明,在出苗后35天连续喷施KCI溶液9、12、15天和出苗后50天连续喷施KCI溶液3、6、9、12、15天均能明显降低小白菜叶片硝酸盐含量,而叶柄硝酸盐含量只有在连续喷施KCI溶液15天时才有所降低;连续喷施KCI溶液0~15天均不影响小白菜可食部分生物量。连续喷施KCI溶液可增强叶片硝酸还原酶活性,但没有改变根系TTC还原能力。
The Effects of spraying 0.134 mol/L KCI solution on the growth and nitrate accumulation of the Chinese cabbage were studied using the experiment of soil culture. The results showed that the nitrate content in the leaves decreased obviously after the spraying for 9, 12, 15 days after 35 days from germination or the spraying for 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 days after 50 days from germination, but the nitrate content in the petioles decreased only after the spraying for 15 days. The biomass of the edible parts was not been influenced after the continuous spraying for 0-15 days. The results also showed that the continuous spraying KCI solution could increase the activity of nitrate reductase in the leaves, but have no effect on the activity of TTC reducibility in the roots.
