摘要
目的探讨运用脉冲电泳技术对粪肠球菌流行病学分型的方法。方法收集1996年2~5月于临床分离的43株粪肠球菌,运用脉冲电泳技术,对细菌DNA限制性内切酶片段长度多态性分型。结果43株粪肠球菌分别在30Kb~1000Kb之间,显示明显可见的12~18条电泳区带,据此电泳图谱,将这些菌株分为36个不同的分型。其中有少数菌株具有同型图谱,有些则关系密切,但大部分菌株均存在明显差别。
Objective To understand the method of pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) in epidemiological investigation of Enterococcus faecalis.Method We collected 43 clinical isolates of Enterococcus faecalis, compared chromosomal restriction endonuclease digestion patterns of these strains and divided into different groups. Results PFGE yielded 12~18 visible bands of per strain. The fragment size was from 30 kb to 1000 kb. According to different PFGE patterns, we got 36 groups. A few strains were indistingishable or closely related, and most strains were unrelated. Conclusion PFGE is a useful technique of epidemiological investigation of Enterococcus faecalis.
