基于PRODAVE的PLC数据采集系统的设计

Design of PLC Data Acquisition System Based on PRODAVE

提出一种基于PRODAVE和多媒体定时器的数据采集方法。通过使用PRODAVE工具箱的函数建立上位机与下位机的通信连接来读取数据,在上位机中使用多媒体定时器来满足数据采集速度和定时精度的要求。在实际使用中证明该方法可以较好的解决PLC中某些数据的采集问题。

The monitoring software can＇t meet the speed requirement of the some PLC data acquisition, so a method based on PRODAVE toolbox and multimedia timer is presented in this paper. The communication between the upper station and the lower station is established to read the data by using the functions of the PRODAVE toolbox. And the multimedia timer is used in upper station to solve the speed and timing accuracy problem of the data acquisition. It is proved that this method can solve some problems of data acquisition in the practice.
