泰赛喷雾剂的研制与质量控制

The preparation and quality control of taisai aerosol

本文报道了泰赛喷雾剂的研制，并且应用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ），在ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８（４×２５０ｍｍ）色谱柱上，以磷酸－三乙胺缓冲液∶甲醇∶０．０５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１四丁基溴化铵（２４∶５∶１）为流动相，同时测定了泰赛喷雾剂中氧氟沙星和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量，检测波长为２４０ｎｍ，内标为苯甲酸，平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为９９．５％，１．１１％；９８．５％，２．９８％。

The preparation of taisai aerosol was reported. A HPLC method was developed for the determination of ofloxacin and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in taisai aerosol. The column used was YWG C 18 (4×250mm) and the mobile phase was phosphoric acid triethylamine buffer: methanol∶ 0.05 mol·L -1 tetrabutyl ammonium bromide(24∶5∶1). The detective wavelength was 240nm, the flow rate was 1 ml·min -1 . The internal standard was benzoic acid. The average recovery and RSD of five simulant samples were 99.5% , 1.11% for ofloxacin and 98.5% , 2.98% for dexamethasone sodium phosphate.
