摘要
本文报道了泰赛喷雾剂的研制,并且应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),在YWG-C18(4×250mm)色谱柱上,以磷酸-三乙胺缓冲液∶甲醇∶0.05mol·L-1四丁基溴化铵(24∶5∶1)为流动相,同时测定了泰赛喷雾剂中氧氟沙星和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量,检测波长为240nm,内标为苯甲酸,平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.5%,1.11%;98.5%,2.98%。
The preparation of taisai aerosol was reported. A HPLC method was developed for the determination of ofloxacin and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in taisai aerosol. The column used was YWG C 18 (4×250mm) and the mobile phase was phosphoric acid triethylamine buffer: methanol∶ 0.05 mol·L -1 tetrabutyl ammonium bromide(24∶5∶1). The detective wavelength was 240nm, the flow rate was 1 ml·min -1 . The internal standard was benzoic acid. The average recovery and RSD of five simulant samples were 99.5% , 1.11% for ofloxacin and 98.5% , 2.98% for dexamethasone sodium phosphate.
