摘要
文章对硬脆材料的各种加工方法作以综述,介绍了切割技术的种类、适用范围及最新研究成果;重点归纳磨削的各种技术,介绍了最新的磨削技术及其发展情况;对研磨抛光及特种加工技术的原理、概况发展及其适用范围也作了说明,尤其对近来出现的硬脆材料加工技术进行了详细介绍,并展望了硬脆材料的发展情况。
The paper intends to provide a summarization about various machining technology in hard and brittle materials, including different cutting methods and their usage and the least research; By summing up various grinding methods, introducing new developments of grinding machining technology; illustrating the technology and principle of rubbing and polishing and the some special machining, especially the machining technology of hard brittle material, machining technology tendency of hard brittle material was predicated.
