摘要
为了在过程控制领域实现以太网与现有CAN总线网的直接连接。保证管理监控层(以太网)与生产测控层(CAN总线网)之间的数据能方便地通信。文章详细介绍了一种CAN总线与以太网互连系统的设计方案,采用CAN总线和以太网混合控制网络,以Maxim公司推出的8051系列的DS80C400芯片作为核心处理器,利用嵌入式网络平台(TINI)作为开发平台,应用套接字技术及嵌入式网关技术,使得下层现场设备和上层监控网络之间的联系更加牢固,介绍了该系统的结构模型、硬件和软件的设计方案及工作原理,为工业过程控制网络的数据管理和远程控制提供了理论依据和方法。结果证明,这种方法性价比高,实用性强,非常适合工业控制领域。
In the area of process control to achieve with the existing Ethernet network directly CAN bus connection. That management control layer (Ethernet) and production control layer (CAN-bus network) between the data can be conveniently Communications.This paper introduces an implementation of a gateway,which creates the connection of CAN and Ethernet. This implementation adopts a mixed control net of CANbus and Ethernet and DS80C400 chip which is used as a Core processor, included in 8051 series produced by Maxim company, Using TINI,socket Technology,and Embedded Gateway Technology confirms the relation between down-layer local equipment and up-layer supervisory net, introduces system structure mode, an design implementation find work principal of hardware and software, It offers a theoretical basis and method for data management and remote control of industry process control. The facts have proved that it is high quality with low cost and strong practice. Its applicative prospect is very wide.
