摘要
通过对高径比k=0.1~5类厚壁筒模具预紧结构的模拟计算,得出预紧力沿轴向的分布规律。沿轴向预紧力的分布是不均匀的,中部最大,向两瑞逐渐减小,存在瑞部效应;轴向长度越大,预紧力有效区的长度越大,预紧效果越好。通过模拟计算值与解析计算值的对比,提出了类厚壁筒模具预紧结构利用经典的Lame公式计算存在一定的误差。这些普遍规律对类厚壁筒模具预紧结构的设计具有指导意义。
The preloads' distribution of the die' s quasi thick-walled cylinder pre-tensional structure was gotten subjected to the changing of k, which was the ratio of the die' s height to its diameter, in [ 0. 1, 5]. The analyses of the computer simulation showed that: the distribution of the preloads was uneven along the die's axis; the value of the die' s middle part was bigger than both sides' and gradually lowered to the ends. This phenomenon was called end effect; with the die' s axial height increasing, the length of the preloads ' effective area was also augmenting. The pre-tensional structures would have the better preloaded effects. The comparison of the computer simulation' s values to the analy tic calculations' was shown that there was a certain error in the calculation of this kind of quasi thick-walled cylinder pre-tensional structure using the classical Lame' s formulas. The general principles are help ful to the design of the quasi thick-walled cylinder pre-tens ional structure.
