摘要
微机式数控系统功能强大、界面友好、交互方便。其体系结构一般为上下位机交互通讯模式,上位机负责人机交互,下位机负责实时控制。通常上位机是工业PC,下位机是专用数控,但专用数控受其产品限制,可扩展性、可移植性不强。文章介绍了基于DPRAM、工控机(IPC)机、PMAC卡的并行双CPU开放式铣床数控系统的硬、软件结构,以及上位机软件开发的方法。该系统经实际运行表明,能够长期可靠工作,实现了快速的数据通讯和命令通讯,满足工业生产要求。
Dual port RAM is wildly used to solve the problem of data exchanging in Numeral Control system. This paper introduces the hardware and software structure of a miller NC System, which adopts paralleled dual CPU based on Dual Port RAM, IPC and PMAC controller.The method of software development is described as well. It has been proved that the system can work steadily for a long time and meet the command of the industry.
