摘要
随着计算机技术的进步,利用现代CAD/CAE工具对机械结构进行研究已经成为一种趋势。Pro/E能实现几何建模和结构分析的无缝集成,提高了新产品开发的效率和可靠性。文章简述了Pro/E在结构设计中的一般流程,以平面四杆机构为例,说明Pro/E在结构分析中的运用。利用Pro/E建立四杆机构的实体模型,然后进行了机构动力学仿真分析,并验证了仿真结果的正确性。在此基础上,采用负荷转移到结构的方式来定义载荷,对中间连杆进行了结构强度分析,结果表明,这样更加有效快捷。
With the development of the computer technology, it has become the tendency which using the CAD/CAE tools to research the mechanical structure, Pro/E can actualize jointless integration between modeling and structure analysis, what more, the efficiency and reliability of the new products development, In this paper, it briefly discusses the program of structure design in Pro/E, uses the four-bar linkage as an example to introduce the application of Pro/E in structure analysis. The solid model of four-bar linkage was built by using of Pro/E, then was simulated with mechanism module of the Pro/E, and the result of the simulation was proved reasonable. Based on the simulation, the structure intensity analysis was carried out with defming load by transferring load from structure, result shows that this way is more efficient
