面向服务架构的CAx/PDM系统集成的研究

Research on the Integration of CAx/PDM Systems based on Service-oriented Architecture

文章提出一种面向服务架构的CAx/PDM系统集成的方法。该方法按照面向服务架构的模式应用web service技术对PDM的二次开发接口进行面向服务的封装,将PDM功能封装为服务,CAx系统通过调用PDM服务实现异构系统之间的通讯、数据共享,最终实现异构系统的集成。这种方法能有效地实现PDM与CAx应用系统如CAD、CAPP等的集成,能很好地满足当前的制造企业应用系统的集成需求,为企业实施信息化打下良好的基础。

In this paper, a new approach to integrate CAx/PDM systems is provided, which is based on service-oriented architecture. In accordance with service architecture, the PDM ＇ s functionality can be encapsulated by a new interface which was developed based on it＇ s original interface. In this way, the PDM can be utilized as a service for CAx systems, and the CAx systems, eg CAD, CAPP etc, were integrated with PDM, then realized to communicate each other. It meets the manufacturing enterprise＇ s requirement on integrating application system suitably, and provided a foundation of developing information technology in manufacturing enterprise.
