摘要
本文针对几种典型心脑血管疾病的血液滞后环同正常人的进行了对比。并采用新型5参数时变性本构方程确切描述了这些滞后环曲线,模型计算值与实验曲线吻合良好。定量揭示其中包含的粘弹性和触变性,获得了各种典型心脑血管疾病的血液粘弹性指标和触变性指标。同正常人相比,心脑血管疾病的血液粘弹性指标较高,而触变性指标较差,结果合理。从而为利用动态血流变特性进行心脑血管疾病临床辅助诊断提供了一个新方法。
In this paper, several typical blood hysteresis loops of Cardio-Cerebrovascular disease were compared with normal hysteresis loops. The novel 5-parameter time-dependent constitutive equation was applied to characterize these blood hysteresis loops precisely. The calculated results with model were in excellent agreement with the experimental data. The viscoelasticity and thixotropy shown in these hysteresis loops have been revealed quantitatively. The blood viscoelastic and thixotropic indices of Cardio-cere brovascular disease were obtained, As compared with normal person, the viscoelasticity of Cardio-Cere ebrovascular disease were greater and the thixotropy were worse. So, the results were considered and could serve for reasonable. It may providing a novel method if clinical assisstant diagnosis and prevention of Cardio-Cerebrovascular disease by using blood dynamic rheological properties.
