摘要
本文提出一种利用股骨横截面CT片精确求取股骨纵截面轮廓的方法以及与之相应的算法程序。与利用X射线获得股骨纵截面X光片轮廓相比,本文提出的方法具有两个明显的优点。首先,该方法利用了CT片比X光片包含更多信息的特点,可在同一观察方向获得不同剖切深度位置的多个平行剖面轮廓图,突破了用X光片在一个观察方向只能得到一个轮廓视图的缺陷。另一方面,由于X光片受股骨结构投影关系的影响,用X光片反映的股骨纵截面很难区分在观察(投影)方向各局部轮廓的前后关系。因而,远没有用本文提供的方法从CT片求得的股骨纵截面轮廓准确。本文的方法可为人工关节假体与股骨髓腔在纵向的最优贴合提供结构设计参考。
In this paper a new method to develop femur longitudinal section outlines from cross section CT images is introduced. The femur longitudinal section outlines developped from cross section CT images and its corresponding calculation process differ from the femur Xray images chiefly in two advantageous aspects. First, in one view direction, many femur longitudinal section outlines at different depth can be achieved instead of only one outline obtained from X ray film. In addition, the femur longitudinal section outlines developped from crossaee whole femur. That is unable to sive a precise relationship among the different rectional outlines. The precise femur outline developped with this method can be used to ensure a more precise design of arificial hip joint.
