胫骨密质骨哈佛氏系统及孔隙度沿径向分布的研究 被引量:2

A STUDY ON THE RADIAL DISTRIBUTION OF HAVERSIAN SYSTEM AND THE POROSITY OF THE CORTICAL BONE OF TIBIA

摘要 骨的微观结构与骨的力学性能有着密不可分的相关性,本文对牛和人的胫骨骨干密质骨的微观结构进行了研究,应用扫描电镜观测胫骨横断面的微观结构,得到哈佛氏系统沿径向分布的规律;应用图象处理系统测试与计算胫骨横断面上的孔隙度,得到孔隙度的数值及分布状况,并根据得到的测试结果进行了初步的分析。 The microstructure of bone is closely correlated to its mechanical property. The present study was carried with cortical bone of bovine and human tibia diaphyses, The radial distribution regularity of Haversian system was obtained by observing the microstructure on sections of tibia with scanning electro-microseope. The value and the distribution regularity of the porosity on the sections were detected and calculated with image processing system, Basing on the results a preliminary analysis was made.
