摘要
为继承党的军民双拥工作这一优良传统,适应新形势下社会体制变革的需要,进一步探索社会化、区域化的"大团建"格局,各地、各级共青团组织和武警部队着手开展了以"思想工作联抓、公益事业联做、文体活动联谊、人才培养联手"为内容的"四联"共建活动,在新时期产生了重大而深远的影响。本文拟围绕这一主题,对"四联"共建的产生、内容、机制和影响作一下全面阐述。
To carry on the tradition of army - civilian mutual support, to satisfy the demand for social system reform and explore league building pattern of socialization and localization. The Communist Youth League and the police force at different levels make efforts jointly in the aspects of ideological work, public affairs, physical and cultural activities and talents training. This essay discusses the causes, content, system and influence of the army- civilian joint efforts.
