高校辅导员工作创新的动力分析

摘要 辅导员工作的生命力在于创新。高校辅导员工作创新虽然面临着社会认可度不高、工作内容繁杂、人员构成年轻和学科背景复杂等困境,但辅导员工作自身的神圣职责、辅导员工作的价值体验和发展空间等内在因素在不断激励辅导员开拓创新,同时国家对辅导员工作日益重视、学生思想社会化日益凸显、辅导员工作竞争压力的日益增强构成了高校辅导员不断进行工作创新的外在动力。 The life- force of counselors'work lies in innovation. It is known that there are many difficulties that have hindered them from innovation such as the low social recognition, the complexity of the work contents, the youthfully structured working staff and their complicated academic background. However, the internal motivation and external drive have stimulated these counselors to pioneer and innovate. On the one hand, the internal motivation includes the holy duty of the counselor' work itself, the value and the development space of the work. On the other hand, the external drive covers the government' s increasing attention on the counselor' s work, the increasingly prominent socialization of the students' thought and the increasingly heightened competitive pressure of the counselor's work. These two forces, the internal motivation and the external drives have prompted the work innovation of the university counselors.
