谈增强高职院校学生思想政治教育主体性的基本途径

主体性学生思想政治教育是高职院校学生思想政治教育的发展趋势,它要求在思想政治教育过程中充分发挥学生的主体性,从而实现最佳的教育效果。高职院校学生思想政治教育主体性的基本途径包括:确定主体性的培养目标体系及目标管理体系、建立新型的思想政治教育主体性活动模式、建立双向沟通交流的日常思想政治教育模式、加强学生思想政治教育者队伍素质的提高四个方面。
