研究生党建工作规范化探究

研究生党建工作中存在研究生党员素质多元化、党支部的组织方式单一化、辅导员配置缺乏专业化、导师的作用被淡化、教育管理体制流于形式化等一系列问题。在调研的基础上,提出了辅导员配置专业化、导师指导制度化、党员考核动态记实化、活动项目立项化等规范化观点。
