摘要 目的建立婴幼儿配方食品和乳粉中钙、铁、锌的快速测定方法。方法样品采用HNO3-HCLO4低温消化,用LaCl3消除P对Ca的干扰,火焰原子吸收光谱法定量。结果在本法测定的线性范围,Ca、Fe、Zn的相关系数r>0.9997,加标回收率为:96.8%~102.4%,;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为:Ca0.6%~1.3%、Fe1.5%~3.1%、Zn0.9%~3.0%,检出限分别为:0.33μg/L,0.19μg/L,0.030μg/L。结论本方法简单、快速、定量准确,适用于婴幼儿配方食品和乳粉中钙、铁、锌的含量的测定。 Objective establishing a fast detecting method for Ca, Fe, Zn in infant formula foods and milk powder. Methods samples were low temperature digested using HNO3 - HCLO. The disturbance of P to Ca was eliminated by LaC13. The results were quantitative espressed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results in the Linear range of this method, the correlation coefficient of Ca. Fe, Zn r 〉0. 9997; the recovery of standard is 96. 8% - 102. 4% ; the rela- tive standard deviation ( RSD, n = 6 ) is: Ca 0. 6% -1.3%, Fe 1.5% - 3. 1%, Zn O. 9% - 3.0%, the detection Limits respectively were: O. 33μg/L, 0. 19μ/L, 0. 030μg/L Conclusion this method is simple, rapid, accurate in quantitative and suitable for detecting the contents of Ca, Fe, Zn in infant formula foods and milk powder.
