摘要
目的探讨中毒后大鼠散发的气味是否能诱导其他个体产生相同的味觉厌恶。方法成年雄性Wistar大鼠15只分为3组:条件性味觉厌恶(CTA)组、CTA前嗅觉刺激组和CTA后嗅觉刺激组。CTA组大鼠在摄取糖精溶液后,腹腔注射LiCl使其获得对糖精的CTA;CTA前嗅觉刺激组暴露于正常大鼠滞留过的环境中,而CTA后嗅觉刺激组大鼠暴露于建立CTA后大鼠滞留过的环境中,用两瓶法比较三组大鼠对糖精溶液的嗜好比。结果CTA后嗅觉刺激组大鼠的糖精溶液嗜好性显著降低,但CTA前嗅觉刺激组的糖精溶液嗜好性无显著变化。结论对糖精获得CTA的大鼠散发的气味可引起其他个体对糖精的厌恶,嗅觉信息在中毒伙伴效应中发挥着重要的作用。
Objective To examine the odors from poisoned rats whether can induce similar taste aversion of conspecifics. Methods Fifteen adult male Wistar rats were divided into three groups: the conditioned taste aversion (CTA) group, the pre - CTA olfactory stimulating group and the post - CTA olfactory stimulating group. The CTA group was made to acquire the CTA by injecting LiCl intraperitoneally following ingestion of saccharin solution. The pre - CTA olfactory stimulating group was exposed to condition had stayed by the normal rat, and the post - CTA olfactory stimulating group was exposed to condition had stayed by the CTA - established rat. The preference of saccharin of all rats was tested with the two - bottle testing method. Results The saccharin preference of the post - CTA olfactory stimulating group was decreased, but not those of the pre - CTA olfactory stimulating group. Conclusion The odors from rats acquired CTA to saccharin can induce similar taste aversion to saccharin in other rats, olfactory information plays an important role in the poisoned partner effect.
