摘要
目的确立离子色谱法检测银耳中亚硫酸盐含量的样品处理方法和检测条件。方法选用IonPac AS11型分离柱和3.5 mmol/L的氢氧化钠淋洗液,样品在1%甲醛溶液的保护下,经10 mmol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸提,0.45μm膜过滤后,进样分析检测。结果在选定操作条件下,SO32-在0.5～9 mg/L浓度范围内有良好的线性(r=0.999 8)。样品平均加标回收率为87.35%～95.42%,检出限为0.048 mg/L。结论与国标法比较,离子色谱法操作简便、准确度高、重现性好。
Objective To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of sulfite content in Tremella. Methods The IonPac AS 11 column was selected with 3.5mmol/L NaOH as eluent. The samples protected by 1% formaldehyde solution were analyzed after diffusion with 10mmol/L NaOH and filtration with a 0.45 μm membrane. Results Under the regulated condition, there was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5 - 9 mg/L SO3^2- （r=0.9998）. The average recovery was 87.35 % - 95.42 % and the detection limit was 0.048mg/L. Conclusion Comparing with the international standard, this method is easy to operate and shows better accuracy and reproducibility.
