Elementary introduction of full life cycle cost control in construction item

本文从资源节约的角度提出建设项目全寿命周期成本控制思想,将建设项目的使用阶段费用计入工程成本来考虑,促进建设项目节能环保、延长项目使用寿命,达到节约社会资源的目的。

This article brings forward a cost control thought of full life cycle peried of construction cost. It is consider the fee afte the project completed in to the total construction cost ,in order to promote the saving energy and protect environment in the project construction,and prolong the use life of the item. So that reach the target of saving resource and lessen the cost of construction.
