哈大齐工业走廊是黑龙江省委、省政府在2005年提出的宏伟设想,这一目标的提出将极大地推进黑龙江省经济的发展。但是,这一宏伟设想的实现并不是一帆风顺的,在它的发展过程中存在着各种障碍。哈大齐工业走廊建设过程的中应消除条块分割,实现重新整合。地方政府应解决合作障碍问题,并采取解决问题的办法。

Building Harbin - Daqing - Qiqihaer industrial corridor, as a great plan proposed by Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and Provincial Government in 2005, has promoted Heilongjiang＇s economy in a large extent, but there were many problems in the process. The paper holds barriers between departments and regions should be eliminated to realize a new integration and local government should solve problems in cooperation and take a positive attitude towards these issues.
