摘要
深圳把2007年定为"行政绩效年",建立了政府绩效评估机构,设定评估指标体系,选择了6个区和16个政府职能局为试点单位,在实行综合评估、实时评估的同时,以电子监测方式观测各单位绩效情况。本文在总结了深圳绩效评估经验的同时也分析了它所存在的问题以及对未来工作的设想。
2007 is the Year of Administrative Performance in Shenzhen. In this year, Shenzhen established an organization of govern-ment performance measurement, designed a system of evaluating indexes and selected all the six district government as well as sixteen bureaus as pilot units. The Municipal Government uses electronic monitoring mechanism to supervise performances besides comprehensive and timely evaluation.
