摘要
将构建好的人G-CSF表达工程菌(pJGW1-hGCSP/pGP1-2/DH5α),连续培养140代,其抗生素抗性无改变,重组质粒DNA酶切鉴定及目的蛋白表达率与原始苗基本一致。
The constructed engineering bacteria E. coli DH5α that contained plasmid pJGW1-hGCSF andpGP1-2 were cultured up to 140 generations. The antibiotics resistance and expressed protein level of rhG-CSF of the engineering bacteria is stable. The recombinant plasmids of pJGW1-hGCSF and pGP1 -2 of dif-ferent generations also showed the same electrophoretic patterns after restriction enzyme cleavage as thoseof the primary recombinant bacteria.
