心内直视手术后早期心律失常及处理

The study of arrhythemias in early period after open heart surgery

对225例心内直视手术后早期心律失常进行了分析。心律失常发生率为41．3％。心律失常的发生与病人年龄、心胸比值、心功能、术中主动脉阻断时间、术后低心排、低血钾及并发症有密切关系。风湿性心脏病患者心律失常发生明显多于先天性心脏病患者。讨论了防治术后心律失常有关问题。

Of 225 cases of open heart surgery, 93 (41. 3% ) had postoperative arrhythemias. The concernedfactors were investigated that were connected with arrhythemias in perioperative period. The results showthat arrhythemic occurrence was related with patient age,cardiathoracic ratio,cardiac function,aortic cross-clamping time,postoperative low cardiac output, hypokalemia and complications. The numbers of postop-erative arrhythemias in rheumatic heart disease is markedly more than that in congenital heart disease. Alldifferences were highly signiflcant (P<0. 01 ). These measures,such as supplying potassium and magne-sium ion, managing surgical heart block, perfectly correcting cardiac malformation and controlling refrac-tory ventricular arrhythemias,are important in prophylaxis and therapy of postoperative arrhythemias afteropen heart surgery.
