油管螺纹连接上扣状态受力分析

The Forced-summing Analysis on Tubing Thread Connection Under Maked-up State

利用有限元分析方法，以φ73×5．51API不加厚圆螺纹油管接头为例，分析了油管螺纹连接处在上扣状态受力分布规律；根据分析结果，提出改善接头受力状态，提高连接性能的主要措施。研究结果不仅可以为生产厂家优化螺纹设计提供依据，而且对指导油田正确选择和使用油管也具有一定的参考价值。

The distribution rules of stress ared analied using finite element analysis, under maked-up state of the tubing thread connction, and taked φ973 × 5.51 API round connection for example, in this paper. Based on which, the main measurs ared put forward on the improving forced- summing state and raising connctive propeties. These resultes may be used as thread design basis of manufactary, and refence for sekection and using of tubing in the oilfield.
