摘要
目的:根据我们过去的实验,特设本实验以了解此合剂体内抗肿瘤作用。方法:本实验用裸鼠移植人鼻咽癌(SUNT-1)检测中药芪蒿合剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的抗肿瘤作用。结果:灌服合剂Ⅰ,在相当于12.5g生药·kg-1剂量下,抑制率为35.6%,在33.5g生药·kg-1剂量下,抑瘤率为36.4%和52.5%;灌服合剂Ⅱ在25.3g生药·kg-1剂量下,抑瘤率为50.5%;灌服合剂Ⅲ在20g生药·kg-1剂量下,抑制率为34%。结论:芪蒿合剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ均有抗裸鼠移植人鼻咽癌作用。
Purpose: In order to inverstigate the antitumor effect of Chinese herbal compound decoctions of Astragalus and Artemisia were examined in nude mice xenografted with human nasopharyngeal cancer (SUNT-1). Method: The antitumor activity of compound decoction Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ was studied, inhibition rates were 35.6~52.5% under the doses of compound decoction Ⅰ 12.5 g and 33.5 g crude drng/kg-1·d-1; Results: The inhibition rate was 50.5% under the dose of compound decoction Ⅱ 25.3 g crude drug/kg-1·d-1; The inhibition rate was 34% under the dose of compound decoction Ⅲ 20 g crude drug·kg-1·d-1. Conclusion: The experiment results showed that the compound decoctions of Astragalus and artemisia possessed antitumor activities in vivo.
