非物质文化遗产是珍贵的旅游资源。如能正确处理好旅游开发和文化保护之间的关系,非物质文化遗产保护与旅游业发展可以实现良性互动。宁波非物质文化遗产丰富,应通过政府主导与全民参与结合、传承与创新相结合、人才培养与理论研究结合等措施加强保护,此外,还应将遗产保护与旅游产业化结合,实现口头传统、民间表演艺术、民俗、民间手工艺和餐饮老字号保护与旅游开发互动,才能够提升宁波旅游业的核心竞争力。

If the relationship between the tourism development and the cultural protection can be handlec correctly, the good interaction between the intangible cultural heritage protection and the tourism development may be realized . Ningbo is abundant in intangible cultural heritages, Some measures such as strengthening the leadership of the government , inducing all the people＇ s participating, raising some talented people and strengthening funda- mental research etc. should be taken to strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritages. In addition, the inheritance protection should be combined with the tourism industry. That is, in order to promote the Ningbo tourism core competitive ability, the protection of the oral traditions, folk： performing arts, folk customs, and folk handicrafts etc. should be combined with the tourism development.
