摘要
随着我国加入WTO,我国房地产业的竞争日益激烈,其中民营企业的生存压力最大。本文介绍了我国民营房地产企业品牌发展的情况,并对我国民营房地产企业的发展提出了相关建议。
With China' s entering WTO, China" s real estate industry is in an increasingly competitive environment, especially to private enterpeises, the survivalpressure on them is biggest. This paper describes brand development of the China' s private real estate business. And make some relevant developing recommendations to them.
