Looking at China countryside economy from agriculture insurance development

在构建社会主义新农村的建设中,如何更好解决"农业、农民、农村"的问题,日益成为社会关注的焦点。本文以促进我国农村经济发展为目的,从农业保险的构建和完善入手,通过对我国农业保险现状、农业保险存在的问题的分析,找出农业保险发展中难点并提出解决方案,力求通过完善农业保险的发展、构建全方位、新时代农业风险防范体系,以达到促进农村经济发展的目的。

In the construction of new social- ism countryside development, the problem about ＂ agriculture, farmer, countryside＂ becomes the focal point which the society pays attention day by day. This article takes our country rural e- conomy development as a goal. Through analyze our country agricultural insurance and the prob- lems about it to find out the difficuhy in agricultural insurance and resolve it. Endeavour through the consummation of agricultural insurance development, to construct omni-direc- tionally and the new times agriculture risk guard system and achieve the goal about promotes the rural economy development.
