摘要
绿色G D P的出现是为了弥补传统GDP的缺陷,传统GDP没有扣除环境和资源浪费所造成的损失。绿色GDP不仅能反映经济增长水平,而且能够体现经济增长和自然保护和谐统一的程度。文章着重论述了绿色GDP实施中的难点及其对策,指出我国虽面临着许多观念、制度和技术方面的障碍,但只要方法及其对策得当,还是能建设合适的绿色GDP。
GGDP is used to avoid the deficiency of GDP. GGDP can not only reflect the level of economic growth , but also reflect the degree of integrity of economic growth and environmental protection. The article points out that we can establish acceptable GGDP in spite of systematic, technical and conceptual obstacles. In order to achieve this goal , we should make our efforts to take countermeasures.
