平等权是我国公民的一项基本权利。城乡和谐发展的核心问题就是保护农民的平等权。目前我国农民在政治、社会经济文化等领域的权利均未能得到平等保护。因此,我们必须在宪法的层面上对农民权利予以保护,采取切实措施保障农民的各项平等权得以实现。
