摘要
①目的研究纹状体(Str)和杏仁核(Amy)中多巴胺(DA)及其代谢产物含量与雌激素的关系。②方法用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法测定了雌鼠和去卵巢(OVX)大鼠Str和Amy中DA及其代谢产物的含量。③结果OVX组Str中DA,3,4-二羟苯乙酸和高香草酸(HVA)含量高于雌鼠组,两组相比差异有极显著性(t=4.78,6.61,P均<0.001;t=3.25,P<0.01);OVX组Amy中DA,HVA含量高于雌鼠组,两组相比差异有极显著性(t=3.43,5.11,P均<0.01)。④结论OVX大鼠Str和Amy中DA及其代谢产物高于正常雌鼠组,提示雌激素可能参与调控Str和Amy的DA代谢。
Objective To study the relationship between the content of dopamine(DA) and its metabolites from rat striatal and amygdaloid tissue and sex. Methods Highperformance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection was used to measure DA and its metabolites content from female, male and ovariectomized(OVX) female rats. Results The contents of DA, 3,4dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DOPAC) and homovanillic acid(HVA) in the striatum in OVX group were significantly higher than those in the female groups(t=4.78, 6.61, P<0.001; t=3.25, P<0.01). The contents of DA, HVA in the amygdala in OVX group were higher than those in other two groups, of which HVA content in OVX group was significantly higher (t=3.43,5.11, P<0.01). Conclusion The results of this study suggest that female hormone, estrogen and/or progesterone may take part in the modulation of DA metabolism of striatum and amygdala.
