摘要
①目的观察甘糖酯(PGMS)对红细胞脂质过氧化损伤的影响,探讨其保护红细胞的机制。②方法以FeCl2/抗坏血酸为氧自由基发生系统和以活性氧(H2O2)作用于红细胞,观察PGMS对红细胞溶血度、红细胞膜脂质过氧化物(LPO)和红细胞变形能力(ED)的影响。③结果PGMS能明显降低红细胞溶血度,且随着浓度增加其作用逐渐加强,与对照组比较差异有极显著性(t=3.170~4.860,P<0.01,0.001)。PGMS能明显降低红细胞膜LPO浓度和提高ED,与对照组比较差异有极显著性(t=3.382~6.880,P<0.01,0.001)。④结论PGMS在红细胞膜水平上能直接对抗氧自由基引发的膜脂质过氧化损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of proplylene glucol mannurate sulfate(PGMS) on erythrocyte lipid peroxidative injury and to explore the protective mechanisms of PGMS on erythrocyte. Methods Erythrocyte was treated by FeCl2/ascorbic acid which was used as the inducer of free radical production and active oxygen(H2O2)The effects of PGMS on hemolysis, erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxide( LPO) and erythrocyte deformability(ED) were observed. Results Compared with the control group, PGMS could significantly decrease the erythrocyte hemolysis(t=3.170~4.860, P<0.01, 0.001), and the effects was more obvious along with the increase of PGMS concentration. PGMS could decrease the erythrocyte memberane LPO and improve ED(t=3.382~6.880, P<0.01, 0.001). Conclusion PGMS could directly counteract the erythrocyte memberane lipid peroxidative injury caused by free redicals.
