摘要
胰腺癌的发病率约占恶性肿瘤的1％～2％，并呈逐年增高趋势。虽然手术治疗仍是胰腺癌最主要的治疗手段，但预后较差，根治术后的中位生存期仅为17．11个月，多数患者在确诊后1年内死亡。现从胰腺癌组织学类型与其预后关系的研究进展作一综述。
