摘要
探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿免疫功能变化。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对ITP患儿进行了血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)测定和APAAP法检测T淋巴细胞亚群。结果ITP患儿血清sIL-2R、CD8显著升高,CD4/CD8显著下降(P<0.01),且sIL-2R和CD4/CD8呈负相关(r=-0.581,P<0.01);缓解期sIL-2R明显下降,基本接近正常水平,而CD8、CD4/CD8比值较急性期变化不明显。
Objective We try to study the changes of immunological function in children with idiopathic thrompobpenic purpura (ITP). Methods The serum soluble interleukin2 receptor (sIL2R) levels and pcripheral blood Tlymphocyte subsets were detected by indirect ELISA and APAAP respectively. Results It showed that the levels of sIL2R and the percentage of CD8 were obviously higher in ITP than those in normal control(NC), the CD4/CD8 ratio was markedly lower in ITP than that in NC, and the serum sIL2R level correlated with the CD4/CD8 ratio. The sIL2R levels in children of convalescent stage were obviously decreased, but there were not much changes in the percentage of CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio. Conclusions The results suggested that the aberrant sIL2R and Tlymphocyte subsets may involve in the pathogenesis of ITP.
